Key Responsibilities

• Perform data scraping and build targeted B2B prospect lists
• Execute LinkedIn outreach and cold messaging campaigns
• Optimize outbound email campaigns and messaging strategy
• Identify unconventional marketing channels and growth opportunities
• Analyze performance and iterate on outreach strategies
• Develop creative approaches to reach enterprise buyers

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong B2B outbound marketing experience
• Experience with lead generation and data scraping
• LinkedIn outreach and cold email expertise
• AI proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles

• Experience in construction or industrial sectors
• Background in growth hacking or performance marketing
• Experience selling high-ticket services
