We are hiring a marketing manager to help manage and grow two small brands. For transparency, the primary work (at first) would be with our other company, CTS Service Solutions, which provides customer service speaking and training. Later, there would be work with the company that owns this RemoteCo profile, El Arte Es Amor Productions.

CORE JOB OBJECTIVES

DIGITAL ADVERTISING

Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies. Create compelling ad copy and visuals, as well as landing pages. Monitor, manage and optimize ads and provide regular reports. You should have experience in at least 3 of the following ad platforms: Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and LinkedIn. (** Please only apply if you have professional experience managing and optimizing digital ads.) Certifications are a plus but not required.

EMAIL MARKETING

Create effective drip campaigns to support advertising and other marketing strategies. Manage email list, automations, sales funnels, and the newsletter.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Work with another team member to create social media and blog content. Create a social media strategy designed to complement other marketing channels and manage all aspects of social media.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND SEO

Manage Google analytics (and other tracking pixels like Facebook), making sure they are being implemented correctly across platforms such as the website, email, and social media. Optimize existing and new content on the website to improve SEO scores.

OTHER MARKETING DUTIES

The above are the primary marketing duties in the short term; however, other potential duties could include the following:

• Product Launches. We will be doing a launch as one of our first objectives and others down the road.
• Podcast/Media Pitching. Our owner is often a guest on podcasts. Generally, the requests are inbound, but we may do outreach.
• Graphic Design. Basic to intermediate Canva skills. In many cases, you will have design templates to use.
• General Marketing. Whatever needs to be done to help us achieve our marketing objectives!

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Hours. We are expecting between 25-30 hours a week to start, though it could transition to full-time in a few months.
• Work Format. Working hours are East Coast (ET U.S.). We will have virtual meetings a few times a week (more often when we are getting started); however, the role will be highly self-directed. We will communicate via email, Zoom, and WhatsApp messaging/calls. 
• Language. You must be fluid/native in Spanish and have advanced English, as we will be working in both languages and the content and marketing will be mostly in English. Interviews will be in English, so we can test your level. 
• Payment. Via PayPal or Payoneer.
• Salary. Negotiable depending on experience.
