Pay rate :  $800/month + commission per appointment/sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves setting up qualified appointments through cold calling, cold emailing, and follow-up sequences. If you have a strong background in B2B cold calling and a proven track record of working virtually from home, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Emailing: Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls and emails, aiming to secure 100-150 dials per day, resulting in 2+ appointments daily.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments with small business owners for our sales team. We focus on vein and vascular clinics. Most likely make appointments with office managers of physician offices and physicians themselves. 
• CRM Management: Use Trello with Crmble to manage a basic sales pipeline, ensuring all client interactions are accurately documented and updated.
• Lead Warming: Utilize email and follow-up sequences to nurture and warm up leads before calling.
• Dialing Tools: Leverage Skype and other dialing tools to reach potential clients.
• Training: Complete a 1-week training program to familiarize yourself with our systems and processes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Aggressive, results-driven attitude with the ability to persistently pursue leads.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to overcome objections and secure appointments.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
