All Star Auto Body is hiring a Remote Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, lead generation, funnels, and brand growth.

The Marketing Director will focus on growing the All Star Auto Body brand and generating qualified leads for our services, including collision repair, insurance claim assistance, windshield repair/replacement, towing assistance, rentals, tires, and auto legal help support.

This person will work directly with management, designers, content creators, sales staff, and the customer intake team. The goal is to create marketing campaigns that bring in real leads, improve follow-up, increase booked appointments, and help the company grow.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, landing pages, CRM automation, email/SMS campaigns, lead generation, and marketing performance reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for All Star Auto Body.
  • Create, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Create, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage GoHighLevel funnels, forms, landing pages, calendars, workflows, pipelines, and automations.
  • Build lead generation campaigns for collision repair, insurance claims, towing, windshield services, rentals, and related automotive services.
  • Track cost per lead, lead quality, booked appointments, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Create weekly marketing reports with clear recommendations.
  • Improve website pages, landing pages, ad copy, offers, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the team to make sure all marketing materials follow the All Star Auto Body brand.
  • Research new marketing tools and strategies that can improve lead generation and customer conversion.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Google Ads.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation.
  • Experience with landing pages, CRM pipelines, email marketing, and SMS marketing.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and improve results.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Automotive, collision repair, insurance claim, towing, legal, or local service marketing experience is a plus.

This is a remote position for someone who can take ownership of marketing performance and help All Star Auto Body grow through strong strategy, consistent execution, and clear reporting.


Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the digital marketing strategy for All Star Auto Body.

  • Create, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage GoHighLevel funnels, forms, calendars, workflows, automations, and CRM pipelines.
  • Build and improve landing pages for lead generation and appointment booking.
  • Track lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, booked appointments, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare weekly marketing reports with clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Create marketing offers, ad copy, captions, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and follow-up sequences.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales staff, and the customer intake team.
  • Help improve Google Business Profile, SEO, website content, and online brand presence.
  • Research new marketing tools, strategies, and opportunities to improve lead generation.
  • Make sure all marketing materials follow the All Star Auto Body brand.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, lead generation, or performance marketing.
  • Strong experience managing Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads, including Search and lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel for funnels, forms, workflows, automations, CRM pipelines, calendars, email campaigns, and SMS campaigns.
  • Experience creating and optimizing landing pages for lead generation and appointment booking.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead quality, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data, cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, SEO, Canva, and other marketing tools is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Automotive, collision repair, insurance claim, towing, legal, or local service marketing experience is a plus.
  • Must be willing to complete the All Star Auto Body Academy Course as part of the hiring process.
  • Final hiring approval will depend on successful completion of the academy course, interview, and management review.
