Position Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing / Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and online sales efforts with US English speaking customers. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented and tech-savvy who can manage ecommerce platforms, run marketing tasks, maintain inventory accuracy, and build strong affiliate and influencer relationships. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure our marketing, product listings, and store operations run smoothly.

You’ll manage product listings on shopify and 3rd party sites, purchase orders, and inventory across Shopify and marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Faire, TikTok Shop), assist with HubSpot email campaigns and CRM updates, and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The role includes copywriting, supporting digital ads, affiliate and influencer outreach, customer communication, and light admin/project management in Asana.
The ideal candidate has proven experience with Shopify and HubSpot, is familiar with ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Faire, Etsy, TikTok Shop), and excels in English communication. They should be confident managing inventory, purchase orders, and product listings, with solid knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, email marketing, and social media (including LinkedIn). Comfort with remote team tools like Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, and Gmail is essential, along with being detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive during U.S. Central working hours.
