About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly experienced digital marketing expert to oversee the digital marketing strategy for our company, WPspins LLC. The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on strategies to lead to new customer acquisitions through improved website traffic, conversions, and revenue. The role requires the successful candidate to keep abreast of new technologies in the market and be at the forefront of digital marketing to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Plan and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plan, executes and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with CEO to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Identifies critical conversion and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
Skills and Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
Experience in digital marketing or a related field
Experience with SEO, AEO/GEO, SMM, and SEM strategy and keyword research
Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
Requirements

Time tracking required.
