We seek a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team.

Our ideal candidate has high-level experience with paid ads, loves marketing campaigns, is willing to take on a new challenge, and is looking to grow with our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of digital ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and additional channels as needed.
• Optimize ad spend and campaign strategies to ensure the highest possible return on investment.
• With the support of AI tools, create and refine engaging copy and PR content, ensuring messages are impactful and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Set up, oversee, and evaluate email marketing sequences to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Direct and implement social media strategies, ensuring they align with broader marketing objectives.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign results.
• Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to synchronize campaign strategies with overarching business goals.
• Leverage tools like Go High Level to develop funnels and automation and generate performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years in digital advertising and media buying, with deep expertise in Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
• Client Experience: Proven track record of working with international clients (English-speaking).
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven approach with hands-on experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to guide decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage significant advertising budgets and consistently achieve high ROI.
• Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills, including effectively utilizing AI tools for content creation and PR writing.
• Email Marketing: Experience in setting up, managing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Good knowledge of social media platforms and effective strategy development.
• Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a capacity to work independently and as part of a remote team.
