The Opportunity
We are hiring a Director of Operations to take ownership of the internal engine of the business.This role exists to ensure the company runs calmly, predictably, and with visibility — without the owner needing to be the bottleneck.You will not manage client accounts directly.You will not be an executor of creative, automation, or web work.Instead, you will lead through people, systems, and structure — ensuring that work moves forward cleanly across teams, vendors, and accounts.This is a senior leadership role with real responsibility, trust, and long-term upside for the right person.
Job Responsibilities
What This Role Is Responsible For
1. Team Leadership & Capacity Management
- Lead and support internal leaders (Account Managers, Admin leads, Creative leads)
- Conduct regular 1:1s focused on clarity, accountability, and support
- Monitor team capacity, reliability, and workload balance
- Identify when hiring, reallocation, or process changes are needed
- Build trust and rapport with a globally distributed team
2. Delivery & Operational Flow
- Own how work moves through the business — not the execution itself
- Ensure tasks are clearly scoped, assigned, reviewed, and completed
- Maintain internal quality control before work reaches clients
- Gradually clean up and standardize ClickUp workflows and task templates
- Eliminate half-finished initiatives and stalled projects
3. Cross-Team & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as the internal owner for outside vendors (automation, web, SEO, etc.)
- Ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clear
- Create visibility so vendors are accountable and not black boxes
4. Operational Hygiene
- Payroll coordination
- Time tracking and availability processes
- Internal documentation and SOPs
- Clear escalation paths for emergencies or breakdowns
- Ongoing refinement of internal systems as the company grows
5. Leadership Partnership
- Report directly to the owner
- Act as a thought partner on operational decisions
- Surface risks, opportunities, and constraints early
- Help build a leadership layer that scales as the company grows
What This Role Is NOT
To be very clear, this role does not:
- Manage a personal book of client accounts
- Act as a project executor
- Do creative work, automation builds, or web development
- Sit in every meeting or touch every task
This role exists to design, oversee, and protect the system, not become the system.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years experience in operations, delivery, or leadership roles
- Experience managing remote teams
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High comfort with tools like ClickUp, Slack, and cloud-based systems
- Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
- Highly accountable, self-directed, and dependableCompensation
We offer competitive compensation for LATAM-based professionals, based on experience, judgment, and demonstrated leadership capability.
- Monthly compensation range: $2,200 – $3,200 USD, depending on experience and fit
- Performance-based increases tied to responsibility, trust, and company stability
- Opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership role as the company scales
- Paid test project for final-round candidates
