Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

✅ Market and sell off-market real estate investment properties

✅ Build relationships with investors, buyers, and wholesalers

✅ Negotiate and structure deals to maximize profitability

✅ Manage a pipeline of properties, ensuring timely closings

✅ Coordinate contracts, inspections, and buyer communication

✅ Utilize CRM systems to track leads and sales activity

✅ Work closely with our acquisitions and transaction teams
