Dispositions Manager

• Find cash buyers/investors in different markets around the US
• Contact these buyers to gather their buying criteria
• Input the criteria in CRM
• Reach out to these buyers when we have a deal that may be of interest to them
• Negotiate price with buyers

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for:

• Adding buyers daily to CRM
• Sending out deals in a timely manner and replying to all interested parties
• Keeping track of buyers criteria and deals while they're in Escrow

Job Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• Thorough and organized, able to use GoHighLevel
• Self driven, willing to work extra to get deals to finish line. Will be compensated for deals they sell.
• Good communicator, able to work with different parties during the buying process
