Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and publish eBooks across major platforms (Kindle, EPUB, PDF)
• Format manuscripts for digital publication with attention to layout, style, and metadata
• Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure consistent quality across all eBook outputs
• Troubleshoot formatting or compatibility issues across devices
• Stay up-to-date with trends and updates in digital publishing

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in eBook publishing or digital book production
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe InDesign, Calibre, Kindle Create, or Vellum
• Understanding of eBook formats (EPUB, MOBI, PDF) and metadata best practices
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
