This is a part-time remote role for an Elite Virtual Assistant/Integration Assistant at Authority Income Accelerator. The role involves assisting with various tasks related to managing significant systems, client communication, and data analysis. The Elite Virtual Assistant will support in optimizing and integrating Airtable or other CRM projects, helping our clients implement our system and strategies to help them scale their businesses.
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Advanced to Native English level with minimal accent, great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Proficient and experienced on Airtable, CRM (High Level preferred), Manychat, Slack, Calendly, Circle .
Project management software skills/experience required.
Proven ability to work independently and remotely under minimal supervision
Integration assistant (Zapier, GHL Workflows) and VA experience required!
Experience in working with coaches or consultants is a plus
$12/hour to start with 10-20 hours a week
Availability from 9-5 EST, Mon-Fri with flexibility on the weekends
Integration and virtual assistant tasks
Paid every two weeks on the 1st and 15th of every month
Wise/Paypal is a must
