What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a full-time Email Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team and lead our social and email strategy. If you’re passionate about data, love numbers, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be your ideal role!

You will collaborate with a creative marketing team that develops content, while you take charge of posting it and analyzing its performance. Your main responsibilities will include managing content distribution, diving into analytics, identifying what works best, segmenting audiences, and testing new strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

As our Email Marketing Analyst, you'll ensure our content reaches the right audiences at the right times, assess the effectiveness of different platforms and messages, and provide insights to refine our overall strategy. Your data-driven approach will be key to optimizing our marketing efforts and driving growth for the firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Social Media & Email Strategy: Execute our social and email marketing strategy by posting content, running targeted campaigns, and engaging with audiences across multiple platforms.
• Content Calendar Management: Develop, implement, and refine a content calendar that aligns with our overall marketing goals, using data to guide and adjust strategies.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze content performance to identify which platforms and messages are most effective, explore audience segmentation opportunities, and increase conversion rates.
• Optimize Content Performance: Assess the success of videos, thumbnails, titles, and other content elements to determine what resonates most with our audience.
• Webinar Coordination: Plan and execute webinars that showcase our expertise, particularly in our business & IP practice area and consulting services with Odoo.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in digital marketing, social media strategy, or email marketing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with marketing tools and software, proficiency in written communication, basic graphic design knowledge, and fluency in English and intermediate Spanish.
• Characteristics: Detail-oriented, numbers-driven, creative problem-solver who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

The Interview Process:

1. Initial interview to assess fit and interest.
2. Practical test to evaluate analytical and marketing skills.
3. Final interview with the leadership team. 

We aim to fill this position by the end of the month, but we’re flexible for the right candidate. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
