Email Marketing Assistant (Klaviyo | Design + Copy)

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Email Marketing Assistant to support a growing retention agency working with eCommerce brands. This is not a basic VA role. You’ll be involved in building campaigns that drive real revenue.

What you’ll do:

• Design email campaigns in Klaviyo (mobile-first, clean layouts)
• Build and schedule campaigns and flows
• Support with copy and campaign ideas (if skilled)
• Execute quickly and accurately across multiple brands
• Assist with testing, iterations, and improvements

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Understand email marketing basics (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
• Have a strong eye for design (simple, modern, conversion-focused)
• Work fast, communicate clearly, and take ownership
• Are hungry to grow and improve your skills

Nice to have (not required):

• Copywriting experience
• Experience with eCommerce brands
• Figma, Canva, or Photoshop skills
• Understanding of conversion-focused marketing

Location:

Preferably Latin America or similar time zones

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design and build 10–20 email campaigns per week (Klaviyo)
• Use and adapt existing Figma templates to create clean, mobile-first email layouts
• Build and schedule campaigns and basic flows
• Support with copy and campaign ideas (if skilled)
• Execute quickly and accurately across multiple brands
• Assist with testing, iterations, and improvements

Job Requirements

• Experience with Klaviyo (campaigns + basic flows)
• Strong Figma skills (must-have)
• Experience with email marketing design or high interest and passion  to learn (must-have)
• Basic understanding of email marketing (segmentation, structure)
• Good design sense (clean, mobile-first)
• Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Clear communication and ownership mindset
