We’re seeking an SMS & Email Marketing Specialist to own our mobile and inbox engagement. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive opens, clicks and conversions—using audience segmentation, A/B testing and best-practice compliance to grow revenue and retention.
Job Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of hands-on experience with SMS & email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Twilio)
Proven track record of planning and executing end-to-end campaigns that drive opens, clicks and conversions
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, engaging subject lines and body text
Proficiency in audience segmentation and personalization techniques based on behavior, demographics and lifecycle stage
Experience setting up and optimizing automated flows (welcome, cart-abandon, re-engagement)
Solid analytics mindset: comfortable interpreting deliverability, open-rate, CTR and conversion data to inform strategy
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for template edits and familiarity with email rendering best practices
Deep understanding of SMS/email compliance (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR and regional regulations)
Excellent project management and collaboration skills, able to coordinate with design, product and analytics teams
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple campaigns without sacrificing quality
