We are hiring a full-time Executive & Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based real estate and finance professional. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead sourcing, CRM management, and executive administrative support. The position is execution-based — clear instructions and scripts will be provided. We are looking for someone who works quickly, follows directions precisely, and delivers consistent results.
Responsibilities include cold calling property owners, following up with leads, logging accurate CRM notes, sourcing land and hotel listings from platforms such as LoopNet and Zillow, extracting owner information, organizing spreadsheets, scheduling appointments, managing calendars and inboxes, booking travel, handling customer service calls, and coordinating with vendors, brokers, and attorneys.
Candidates must be based in the Philippines or South America and have excellent spoken and written English. Prior cold-calling experience is preferred. Applicants must have a strong internet connection, a quiet workspace, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions exactly. Professional phone communication skills and two professional references are required.
