Executive Assistant to Account Executive

Full Job Description

1. We are seeking a fast-learning, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) to directly support an Account Executive. 
2. In this role, you will manage operational workflows, leverage AI tools, and learn to analyze business performance metrics for enterprise accounts. 
3. You do not need prior corporate finance experience we will train you step-by-step on how to read financial reports and extract key insights. 
4. We are looking for someone with outstanding English skills, high digital fluency, and a strong curiosity to learn sales and financial operations. 
5. This is a 100% remote, full-time position (40 hours/week) offering clear growth and promotion potential. 
6. All required software and paid tools are provided.Salary: $300 – $600 USD / month (includes performance bonuses and commissions).
7. Pay is scaled by overall experience and technical capability: candidates with advanced administrative experience or fast learning capacity start higher on the range.
8. Location: 100% Remote
9. Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities

1. Interact with AI tools and modern web applications to draft clear outreach emails, build prospect messaging, and automate routine tasks.
2. Learn to review 10-K filings, P&L statements, and financial summaries under direct guidance to identify key business drivers.
3. Connect remotely to the team lead's workstation to execute day-to-day administrative and technical workflows.
4. Navigate and update modern software dashboards, CRM interfaces, and web tools efficiently.
5. Maintain quick, responsive communication and adapt rapidly as you learn new software and skills.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. 
2. Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in any field. (Candidates with more experience or advanced technical skills are welcome and eligible for the higher pay range).
3. Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken). 
4. Excellent grasp of tone, nuance, and vocabulary for prompt engineering with AI and professional business messaging.
5. App & Tech Literacy: Exceptionally comfortable navigating modern software interfaces, web tools, and digital platforms. Quick to adapt to new UX layouts without extensive hand-holding.
6. Financial Aptitude (Open to Learn): Willingness and curiosity to learn core finance concepts (like reading a P&L or a 10-K report). 
7. No prior finance background required—just a sharp mind for basic logic and numbers.
