Full Job Description

We are looking to hire a full-time (at least 30 hours per week) Assistant to help our CEO, who lives in Portugal & US with projects and tasks.

You will be in charge of optimizing the CEO’s schedule and will also be the go-to problem solver for the entire MCO team. 

We are looking for a full-time hire.

Job Responsibilities

Here are some of the responsibilities you will have...

  • Optimize the CEO’s work schedule, including
  • Managing his calendar and arranging client/team meetings,
  • Review emails from the CEO throughout the day and answer all emails you can, hand tasks over to the team, etc (make his workload smaller),
  • Act as the Project Manager/Chief of Staff from time to time and take ownership such as:
  • Send agreements and invoices to customers,
  • Basic accounting,
  • Managing or assisting on projects around MCO including hiring contractors and team members and assisting the Head of Sales to optimize the sales process,
  • Conducting research into a detailed report (e.g., competitor research),
  • Follow up with customers and external parties and freelancers,
  • If you have marketing interest/skills/background, implement some of your skills in the marketing agency,
  • Take over the inbox from the CEO and try to solve/answer any emails possible,
  • Create trainings for new team members, follow up on team members, ...
  • And much, much more. You'll become a leading figure in the company and work next to the CEO

Job Requirements

Fluent in English (writing), hard-working, organized. You'll have a busy day and manage everything from daily communication to problem solving to structure and team management.
