What You’ll Do
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll serve as a trusted right hand—ensuring the CEO’s time, communication, and priorities are managed with precision and foresight. You’ll be the hub for coordination, organization, and proactive problem-solving, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic leadership.Your responsibilities will include:
Calendar Management – Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate meetings, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized.
Communication Support – Draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timeliness.
Follow-Up Management – Track action items, chase pending responses, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive Problem Solving – Anticipate needs, flag potential issues early, and present well-researched solutions.
Organization & Prioritization – Maintain organized systems for tasks, deadlines, and documents.
Information & Research – Conduct research to support decision-making and prepare relevant summaries or briefs.
Tech & Tools – Utilize digital tools (project management, CRM, scheduling platforms) to streamline workflows.
Meeting Preparation – Prepare agendas, gather materials, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and completed.
What You Bring
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.2+ years of experience in similar roles.
Proactive approach—asks questions when unclear and seeks to fully understand tasks before execution.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Proven experience with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for accuracy.
Resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
