Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday

Pay rate : $700-$800/month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration and learn about the field of construction management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a warm, customer-focused demeanor.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Management: Answer incoming phone calls, prioritize messages, and provide vital communication assistance.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers professionally and warmly, addressing their inquiries and scheduling site visits with the sales team.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate job scheduling with team members and customers, ensuring accurate and timely updates across all platforms, including CRM systems (JobProgress, transitioning to JobNimbus).
  • Data Entry: Input data accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including entering warranty information and scheduling crews for roofing and repair projects.
  • Bilingual Communication (Preferred): Communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking cr


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a pleasant and clear accent.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with CRM systems (JobProgress/JobNimbus) is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
