Job Description

Immigration Lawyers USA is seeking an experienced Bilingual Immigration Case Manager / Legal Assistant to join our team in a long-term remote position.

We are looking for someone with prior experience working in a U.S. immigration law firm who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple cases and priorities. The ideal candidate communicates effectively in both English and Spanish and takes pride in providing excellent service to clients while producing accurate, high-quality work.

This role requires strong time management, judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Our Case Managers are expected to take ownership of their caseload, keep cases moving forward, meet deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate proactively with clients and the team.

We value team members who can work independently while also recognizing when to ask questions or bring an issue to the attorney's attention. When something is unfamiliar or does not make sense, the successful candidate should be comfortable reviewing form instructions, agency guidance, firm resources, and other appropriate sources to research the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has hands-on immigration case-management experience and is looking for a stable, long-term position with a supportive team while doing meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of immigrants and their families.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $1,000–$1,500 USD per month, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Full-time, long-term remote position
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Performance bonuses
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment

How to Apply

Please complete the application questions through ProsMarketplace. In addition, please email  with the subject line “Immigration Case Manager Application – [Your Name]” and include:

  1. Your current résumé
  2. A screenshot showing your answers to the five application questions
  3. Your general availability to begin a new position

We look forward to hearing from candidates who are excited about immigration law, take ownership of their work, and are interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.

  • Communicate professionally in English and Spanish with clients regarding documents, case requirements, deadlines, and case progress
  • Follow up persistently with clients, USCIS, immigration courts, NVC, and other agencies as needed to move cases forward
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and case milestones while managing priorities effectively across a caseload
  • Maintain organized electronic case files, detailed case notes, and accurate case-management records
  • Follow firm procedures and checklists while using good judgment, initiative, and independent research when something is unclear or falls outside the normal process
  • Review form instructions and agency guidance when necessary and recognize when attorney guidance is needed
