Job Responsibilities

• Use our multi-line dialer to make 300–500+ outbound calls daily
• Contact homeowners from provided lead lists
• Follow company scripts while maintaining a natural conversation
• Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
• Gather property details and qualify leads
• Overcome objections professionally and confidently
• Schedule appointments with qualified sellers
• Accurately update lead information and notes in the CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects when necessary
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals

Dialer & Technology Requirements:

• Experience using ReadyMode, Batch Dialer, Mojo Dialer, XenCall, CallTools, or similar platforms
• Ability to efficiently navigate multi-line dialing systems
• Comfortable managing call dispositions and lead statuses
• Experience updating CRM systems such as Podio, REsimpli, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce
• Reliable high-speed internet and quality headset required
