Job Opening: Shopify & GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert

Type: Full-time (or 30–40 hrs/week)

Mode: Remote (Eastern Time overlap preferred – Charlotte, NC)

Contract: Employee or contractor (1099 / international contract)

Salary/Rate: Per month, commensurate with experience + performance-based bonuses

About the Company

We are a growing furniture retail company operating in North Carolina (with a focus on the Hispanic market). We’re digitizing sales, marketing, and customer service using Shopify, GoHighLevel, and automations (Zapier/Make). We’re looking for a results-driven leader to own ecommerce and funnels end-to-end.

Job Responsibilities

Shopify (core)

• Configure/optimize theme, navigation, collections, variants, bundles, and checkout/thank-you page (pixels and conversion tracking).
• Integrate apps (reviews, bundles, financing/BNPL, upsell/cross-sell, shipping rates, ERP/QuickBooks/Shopify).
• On-page technical SEO: meta tags, schema, speed (LCP/CLS), images, 404/301.
• Automate catalog (CSV/API), tagging, and basic inventory flows.

GoHighLevel (core)

• Build funnels (landing pages), forms, calendars, workflows (SMS/WhatsApp/email), pipelines and opportunities.
• Configure triggers and segmentation; lead scoring and nurture sequences.
• Dashboards/attribution: sources (Google Ads/Meta), UTM, revenue tracking.

Performance & Data

• End-to-end measurement: GA4, GTM, conversions (Shopify & GHL), CRM revenue, ROAS/CPA/CPL.
• A/B testing on pages, creatives, and sequences.
• Weekly reporting and improvement proposals.

Automations

• Integrations with Zapier/Make across Shopify ⇄ GHL ⇄ Google Sheets/Bitrix24/QuickBooks/Shopify.
• Data hygiene: cleaning, deduplication, validations, and webhooks.

Job Requirements

Requirements (must-haves)

• 3+ years with Shopify (themes, apps, checkout, technical SEO, performance).
• 2+ years with GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, SMS/WhatsApp/email, funnels).
• Proven GA4 + GTM implementation and conversion tracking in Shopify and GHL (incl. custom events).
• Experience with UTM/attribution and performance dashboards.
• Proficiency with Zapier or Make (webhook-based scenarios).
• Intermediate/advanced Spanish; functional English (documentation/tags).
• Portfolio with measurable cases (before/after, KPIs).

Nice-to-haves

• Shopify Liquid knowledge; basic HTML/CSS.
• Integrations with QuickBooks/ERP, CRMs (Bitrix24 or similar).
• Experience in retail/furniture or high-ticket products with financing.
• WhatsApp API/Meta Business, Email/SMS compliance (TCPA/CAN-SPAM).
