Facebook and Social Media Marketing Specialist

Full Job Description

As a Facebook Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that generate leads, drive sales, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook advertising, a background in CRM management (preferably GoHighLevel), and a passion for helping businesses achieve their marketing goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor and manage client CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or others) to ensure smooth integration with ad campaigns.
• Develop and manage follow-up workflows using CRM tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Regularly report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to clients.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook marketing and CRM usage.
• Continuously improve client strategies through A/B testing and performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Facebook advertising, including campaign creation, management, and optimization.
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a must; knowledge of other CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, targeting strategies, and analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Accepting Wise as a form of payment is a plus!
