With 200K+ followers and rapid revenue growth, we are seeking a world-class Facebook Community & Lead Generation Manager to nurture, grow, and convert our Facebook audience into high-quality booked appointments for our sales team.This role is for someone who understands Facebook deeply, communicates elegantly, and can convert comments and DMs into warm inbound leads while maintaining Lux Nomads’ luxury global brand voice. You will manage engagement, qualify leads, run our private Facebook group, and drive daily pipeline momentum.You will NOT be responsible for posting content — our Instagram content auto-publishes to Facebook. Your focus is engagement, community care, and turning followers into qualified appointments.
Respond to all Facebook comments with speed, warmth, and brand alignment
Proactively engage with followers to spark conversations
Convert Facebook DMs + comments into qualified booked appointments
Follow Lux Nomads lead qualification scripts
Track all leads and conversions inside CRM
Create and manage a high-engagement private Facebook group
Approve/decline group members based on qualification criteriaStart discussions, polls, and nurture connections inside the group
Follow up with warm leads daily to increase show-up rateMaintain communication flow between marketing → setter → closer
Represent our luxury global brand voice in every interaction
2+ years experience managing large Facebook pages (50k–500k+)Experience in high-ticket appointment settingProven record booking calls for sales teamsStrong written English communicationExperience running or moderating Facebook groupsAbility to identify buying signals in comments and DMsComfortable using CRM tools (GoHighLevel preferred)Strong organization and fast response timeAbility to work independently and manage high-volume engagement
