Facebook DM Sales Manager (High-Ticket Lead Conversion)

Full Job Description

We are hiring a performance-driven Facebook DM Sales Manager to convert inbound leads from a rapidly growing influencer account.This is NOT a content role.This is NOT customer support.This is a revenue-generating sales position.You will manually convert comments and DMs into qualified booked calls using structured scripts and qualification frameworks.You will work directly with the founder and be measured strictly by performance:

• DM conversations started

• Calls booked

• Deals closed

• Revenue generatedIf you are not comfortable qualifying, disqualifying, and handling objections — this is not the right role.

Compensation:

• $600–900/month base (depending on experience)

• 4% commission on all closed deals you originate

• Our offers range from $8,000–$50,000 per client

• Top performers can earn $1,500–$3,000+ per month

• Long-term growth opportunity

This role requires daily activity and consistent weekend availability during peak posting days.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor Facebook reels posted daily

• Drop CTA links under each reel

• Respond quickly to comments

• Move prospects into DMs

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in appointment setting or DM sales

• Strong written English

• Comfortable qualifying and disqualifying prospects
