ScheduleDrop is a US-based scheduling and CRM platform built for home service businesses (mostly cleaning companies for now). We also run multiple Facebook communities for cleaning company owners with thousands of active members. We need someone to manage these communities daily and drive new users to ScheduleDrop through outreach, engagement, and sales.
This role is half community management, half sales. If you can build relationships online and close deals over text and phone, this is for you.
Moderate Facebook groups daily — approve new members, remove spam, enforce group rules
• Use Group Collector to manage incoming member requests
• Post engaging content in the groups to drive conversation and build community
• Comment on member posts to build relationships and identify potential leads
• DM warm leads who mention scheduling software, scaling their business, or are looking for tools
• Flag high-value leads and pass them to the sales team
• Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, text, and email to home service company owners
• Follow cold call and SMS scripts to qualify leads and book demo calls
• Track all outreach activity and lead status in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Send end-of-day reports — members approved, leads flagged, calls made, demos booked
• Monitor group engagement trends and suggest content ideas based on what members are asking about
• Respond to inbound messages from leads who text or call in
Required:
• Excellent English — written and spoken — you'll be communicating with US-based business owners daily
• Sales experience — cold calling, outbound messaging, objection handling, booking meetings
• Comfortable posting content and engaging in Facebook groups in a natural, non-salesy way
• Strong communication skills — you know how to start conversations and keep them going
• Self-motivated — you'll be working independently and managing your own daily workflow
• Available during US business hours (at least partial overlap with EST)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for phone calls
Bonus:
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
• Background in community management or social media marketing
• Experience in SaaS sales or selling to small business owners
• Familiarity with the home service or cleaning industry
