We are hiring a Facebook Growth & Monetization Manager to take full ownership of one of our most important and profitable growth channels.
Lux Nomads is a fast-growing international company helping high-income professionals relocate abroad. Over the last few years, we’ve grown our Facebook presence from 2,000 to 227,000+ followers, with content going viral daily and $40K–$100K USD per month already generated directly from Facebook.
This role exists because we know Facebook can do significantly more with the right person owning it end-to-end.
⚠️ Important: This is NOT a VA or junior DM-setter role
We are not looking for someone to simply reply to messages or follow scripts.
We are looking for a strategic operator who understands:
• How attention turns into conversations
• How conversations turn into booked calls
• How booked calls turn into revenue
If you’ve only done basic customer support, cold outreach, or appointment setting, this role will not be a fit.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN (DAY-TO-DAY)
You will be responsible for the entire Facebook inbound ecosystem, including:
1. Facebook Comments & DMs (High Volume)
• Monitor and manage a high-volume inbox from viral posts
• Proactively pull interested commenters into DMs
• Identify intent quickly and respond based on where the lead is at
• Hold natural, human conversations (no copy-paste scripts)
2. Lead Nurturing & Qualification
• Ask the right questions to understand:
• Readiness
• Fit
• Budget alignment
• Warm leads before passing them to sales
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Know when to push forward and when to disengage
3. Booked Calls & Sales Handoffs
• Move qualified leads into booked sales calls
• Ensure clean, organized handoffs to our closers
• Track who is booked, who needs follow-up, and who is not a fit
4. Facebook Group Ownership
• Help launch and manage a free Facebook Group
• Drive engagement, trust, and conversation inside the group
• Funnel group members into DMs and booked calls
5. Systems, Organization & Optimization
• Manually tag and organize leads (initially)
• Help identify patterns:
• What content brings buyers
• What conversations convert
• Where leads get stuck
• Contribute ideas for better systems and future automation
• Share insights like:
“Here’s what I’m seeing. Here’s what we should adjust.”
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

• Want a long-term role, not short-term freelancing

• You only have VA or customer support experience

• You’ve never supported sales or revenue-driving roles
• You prefer clearly defined, repetitive tasks
