LuxNomads LLC is a fast-growing US-based relocation company helping Americans move to Europe. We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive Finance and Vendor Operations Manager to join our remote team. This is a critical role requiring someone who is exceptionally organized, a master communicator, and thrives under pressure. You will be the backbone of our financial operations and vendor relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Manage all vendor and contractor invoices from receipt to payment

Maintain QuickBooks Online with accuracy and consistency

Proactively communicate with vendors and contractors via email and calls

Track all accounts payable and outstanding balances

Follow up on payment disputes and discrepancies

Prepare weekly financial summaries for leadership

Coordinate international payments and wire transfers

Flag issues proactively before they become problems

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years bookkeeping or finance operations experienceQuickBooks Online expert levelOutstanding written and verbal English communicationComfortable getting on calls with vendors and contractorsHighly proactive and organizedExperience managing multiple vendors simultaneouslyAvailable during US Eastern business hoursExperience with international payments preferred
