Job Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and create actionable reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist in financial reporting and budget management, ensuring we stay on track with our goals.
• Support in managing operational workflows with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and email handling, to ensure all business functions run efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Proven Analytical Skills demonstrated through experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or similar roles.
• Strong Financial Acumen with a solid understanding of budgeting, expense management, and business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
• Tableau or similar software (e.g., Parseur) experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly.
