Full Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to assist in preparing Profit and Loss statements and reports for HVAC, Roofing, and Solar projects. This role will also include reconciling credit card charges and following up on pending balances from previous projects.

The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented, independent, and efficient in time management. They should also have strong organizational skills and advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken), as they will occasionally need to contact customers for balance updates and collaborate with other team members while reconciling statements.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss statements and financial reports for HVAC, Roofing, and Solar projects.
• Reconcile credit card charges and ensure all expenses are properly documented.
• Follow up on pending balances from previous projects and contact customers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update internal reports as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all financial data is complete and accurate.
• Identify discrepancies in financial reports and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations, and credit card charge tracking.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for customer and team communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets (Excel), and accounting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in HVAC, Roofing, or Solar industries is a plus.
