Follow-Up Specialist – Life Insurance (Remote, High Volume Leads)

We are looking for a hungry, reliable follow-up specialist to work warm and aged leads for a fast-growing life insurance agency. Get people on the phone and connect them live to our licensed agent, or book them on the calendar. No selling, no quoting, no license needed. High-volume, fast-paced role calling hundreds of leads daily using a CRM and auto-dialer.

Compensation: USD $5-6/hour base pay + USD $25 commission per appointment set and closed. Opportunity to grow into a licensed agent role.

We provide all leads, CRM, dialer, scripts, and training. You just need a computer, headset, and strong internet.

Job Responsibilities

Call through warm and aged life insurance leads daily. Use an auto-dialer and CRM to manage your pipeline. Get prospects on the phone and live transfer them to our licensed agent. Book appointments on the calendar for leads not available immediately. Follow up consistently through calls and texts. Hit daily and weekly KPIs for dials, contacts, live transfers, and booked appointments.

Job Requirements

Fluent English speaker (required), Spanish is a big plus. Prior experience in call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, or insurance. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Comfortable making 200+ calls per day. Disciplined, coachable, and competitive. Available to work EST hours, Monday through Friday. Computer with headset required.
