Novesta Property Group Ltd is recruiting 9 freelance licensed real estate agents as part of the development of our specialized Airbnb property management and concierge service.We operate as a professional Airbnb concierge company, dedicated to the management, optimization, and development of properties intended for short-term rentals.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop a portfolio of properties to manage

Prospect and support property owners interested in professional property management

Take professional photos of the properties to ensure optimal presentation on rental platforms

Collect complete information about each property

Prepare and submit property files for validation by management or the designated team

Ensure operational management of properties after approval

Coordinate short-term rental operations on Airbnb

Be responsible for cleaning, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene standards are respected

Supervise maintenance and guarantee high-quality property presentation

Ensure optimization of rental performance

The management mandate remains active as long as the property owner maintains agreement with the agent for property management.

Job Requirements

Degree in real estate or an equivalent professional certification

Experience in property management or real estate transactions (preferred)

Strong knowledge of the short-term rental market and the Airbnb platform

Strong commercial skills and ability to develop a portfolio of clients/properties

Independence, rigor, and excellent organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage property owners, service providers, and daily operations
