Full Job Description

We are a luxury design build company specializing in high end residential remodels, custom new construction, and spec homes. We have a large library of real project footage and are looking for a highly experienced Social Media & Video Content Manager to turn raw video into polished, high performing short form content and actively grow our social presence. We will also be launching a PodCast that requires distribution.  This is a senior level, hands on role. 

Job Responsibilities

Edit raw job site, walkthrough, and progress footage into short form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Create before and afters, transformations, progress updates, and final reveals. Add captions, text overlays, music, and light motion graphics while maintaining a consistent luxury aesthetic and brand voice.Manage and grow all social accounts. Write strong captions, optimize hashtags, post consistently, and actively engage as the brand. Comment on relevant accounts, respond to comments and messages, and help build a real community, not just post content.Help shape a repeatable content system including education, process, storytelling, and visual transformations. Identify trends that fit luxury construction and design. Provide guidance on what footage to capture on site to improve future content. Track performance and continuously refine based on what is working.  Edit and distribute Podcasts

Job Requirements

An experienced social media manager and editor with proven results. You must have real examples of accounts you have grown, testimonials from past clients, and clear proof of performance. You are confident editing construction and real world footage, understand what performs on Reels and TikTok, and know how to engage audiences authentically.Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools is required. Experience in luxury residential, architecture, design, or real estate is a strong plus. Strong English writing skills are required.Engagement DetailsFreelance, contract role with ongoing monthly work. Fully remote. Compensation based on experience and scope.
