Job Responsibilities

As a Freight Broker Quoting Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate quotes for their shipments. Your primary duties include:

• Quoting Customers: Understanding customers' freight requirements and providing competitive LTL shipment quotes.
• Booking Shipments: Coordinating LTL bookings efficiently to ensure smooth shipment processes and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Interaction: Responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the shipping process.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Customer Service Experience: A strong background in customer-facing roles, ideally within the US, ensuring you understand and can meet customer expectations.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to provide accurate quotes and manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Self-Motivation: The discipline to stay focused and productive in a remote work setting.
