We're seeking detail-oriented fulfillment coordinators to manage our order process from confirmation to delivery. You'll be the key link between our customers and our network of local suppliers, ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to verify order details and delivery requirements
• Research and negotiate with local suppliers to secure best pricing
• Coordinate material orders and delivery logistics
• Manage relationships with our supplier network
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups with customers
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions
• Work closely with our customer service team

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) - please share a recording if you have one!
• Minimum 1 year of logistics or coordination experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excel at multitasking and prioritizing
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
• Experience with price comparison and vendor management
• Reliable internet connection, computer and quiet work environment
• Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily
