Job Responsibilities

In this part-time freelance role, you will be the primary technical custodian of our application. Your responsibilities will span across both the mobile application and the web-based backend. You will be expected to proactively monitor the platform, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement rapid bug fixes to ensure uninterrupted service for our clients. Furthermore, you will design, build, and deploy high-fidelity, client-facing features that enhance the core functionality of our SaaS product.

During quieter periods, you will utilize your time to upgrade application frameworks, optimize database performance, and refactor legacy code to modern standards. You will also manage the continuous development pipeline, overseeing version-controlled deployment artifacts to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, while maintaining and scaling our microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure to support our growing user base.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned developer with 7+ years of software development experience, demonstrating deep proficiency in our specific technology stack. You must be highly capable of navigating and managing the tools and platforms outlined below.

Technology Domain

Mobile Application: Ionic Framework, Capacitor, AngularJS, TypeScript

Web Application & Backend: PHP Language, Laravel Framework, Laravel Spark SaaS Framework, Ubuntu Server, MySQL Database programming

Cloud Infrastructure: AWS environments (Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon SES)

DevOps & Integrations: Continuous Integration/Deployment via Laravel Forge, BitBucket version control, Stripe Payment Gateway integration
