And right now, we’re looking for a driven, people-focused Account Manager who wants to grow with us, have real ownership, and build long-term client relationships that matter.

In this position, you’re not just “managing accounts.” You’re becoming the strategic partner clinics rely on to grow their business. You’ll be the face of Rapplitemedia for our medspa clients — guiding them from onboarding, to launch, to ongoing performance improvements. Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Own (and Become Great At)

Client Success:

  • Lead onboarding and setup sessions that make new clients feel supported from day one.
  • Run weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to keep clients aligned and confident.
  • Review performance data, CRM updates, and appointment flow to ensure clients stay on track.
  • Spot performance dips early — and fix them quickly.
  • Build deep client relationships through clarity, communication, and strategic guidance.
  • Partner with our Aesthetic Coordinator team to streamline day-to-day communication.
  • Collaborate with Operations to optimize campaign results and client retention.
  • Use all company tools (GoHighLevel, Asana, Airtable, Stripe, PandaDoc, Google Workspace, Zoom, payment platforms).

Team Collaboration

  • Daily check-ins with your team.
  • Weekly alignment with Operations & leadership.
  • Contribute ideas, improvements, and new ways to serve clients better.


Job Requirements

Who This Role Is Perfect For

You’ll thrive here if you are:

  • A strong communicator (clear, friendly, confident).Fluent in English (C1+) — Spanish is a BIG plus.
  • Experienced in account management, client-facing roles, customer success.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple clients with ease.
  • Comfortable on Zoom and phone calls.
  • A natural problem-solver with strong follow-through.
  • Someone who likes autonomy, responsibility, and being part of a winning team.
  • Bonus: experience in medspa/beauty/wellness/marketing.

Schedule:

  • Fully remote
  • Flexible hours
  • Must be available for scheduled client calls in U.S. time zones (mainly EST)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + commissions on every sale
  • $1500-3k/m base 
  • Expected to manage 20-50 clients (starting with 20 who get weekly or bi-weekly calls)
  • Commission per active client
