We’re looking for a reliable, organized, proactive, and genuinely kind person to join our team as a full-time Administrative & Client Support Assistant. This position is intended to be your sole full-time job. We ask that team members not work another job simultaneously, as we want to ensure they can be fully focused and dedicated to their role with us.
We are a small, international law firm focused on Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) disability benefits. Our attorney has more than a decade of experience working with the RRB and helping railroaders navigate the disability process. This is an important role on our team. You’ll help manage client matters, communicate with clients and medical providers, organize cases, handle follow-ups, and keep things moving. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their work and stay on top of things without being micromanaged.
