Elite Liens is a leading marketing company that specializes in connecting attorneys with medical providers, offering a free directory of qualified medical providers so law firms can find the right resources for their cases quickly and efficiently. We're looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Verification Clerk / Advocate to join our team. This role involves managing and categorizing incoming emails, confirming medical appointments with healthcare facilities, and obtaining treatment plans for clients — playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely communication between medical providers, patients, and our internal teams.

Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong consistency and focus throughout the workday, and excellent English and Spanish communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Categorize, organize, and respond to incoming emails promptly to ensure efficient follow-up.
• Ensure accurate data transfer and documentation between law firms and medical facilities.
• Accurately record appointment confirmations, treatment details, and updates in our system.
• Work efficiently and proactively in scheduling medical appointments through phone calls.
• Follow up with facilities or providers to resolve missing or incomplete information.
• Communicate appointment updates or changes to the internal team in a timely manner.
• Maintain organization and efficiency while managing a fast-paced workload.
• Strong consistency and complete focus on day-to-day responsibilities, maintaining a high level of attention and productivity throughout the workday.
• Ability to handle a high call volume (60–70 calls per day).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoho CRM, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office for daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to handle a high call volume (50–60 calls per day).
• Proficient in email management and organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Reliable computer, cellphone, and high-speed internet connection.

Full-time commitment: The working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. You will be required to sign a non-compete agreement and NDA confirming that Elite Liens, Inc. will be your full-time job, with no other employment, no exceptions.
