We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Entry & Analysis Specialist to manage our internal data mapping systems, provide key reporting insights, and support department operations. This is a behind-the-scenes role, not client-facing, focusing on ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update key data across multiple internal systems, including service, sales, client, marketing, and staff records.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of provider and territory information, including tracking changes and maintaining approved records.
• Support leadership and cross-functional teams by preparing and delivering scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Monitor and maintain data related to client engagement, referral sources, and internal communications.
• Assist with identifying trends, performance insights, and potential areas of concern through regular reporting and data review.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on data-related processes and business objectives.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoho, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office for daily operations.
