TOR Insurance Services is hiring a Bilingual Virtual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support our growing insurance agency. This role includes answering calls, helping clients in English and Spanish, data entry, updating information in AgencyZoom, and assisting team members with daily administrative tasks. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset who wants a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
Answer and route incoming calls professionally
Greet and assist clients with a friendly attitude
Enter and update client information accurately
Help keep tasks, notes, and follow-ups organized in AgencyZoom
Support team members with daily administrative tasks
Assist with data entry, document handling, and file organization
Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
Help keep office workflows moving efficiently
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable with data entry and computer systems
Able to multitask and help keep workflows moving
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Previous office, receptionist, or insurance experience is a plus
