Elite Liens is a leading marketing company connecting attorneys with medical providers, offering a free directory of qualified medical experts so law firms can find the right resources for their cases quickly and efficiently. We're looking for a dependable, highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in a long-term remote position, serving as a key link between law firms and medical facilities. This is a fast-paced, detail-intensive role — not a call center job. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their workload, manages a high volume of communication without losing accuracy, and resolves problems independently rather than waiting for direction. If you're looking for a low-demand role with a predictable, unchanging routine, this position likely isn't the right fit. If you're looking for a role where consistent performance is recognized and rewarded, this was built with you in mind.
Manage up to 50 active referrals at a time, ensuring accurate data transfer and timely follow-through between law firms and medical facilities.Handle a high daily volume of calls and emails (50–70+ outbound calls) with professionalism and efficiency.Maintain clear, consistent communication with all parties involved to keep the referral process seamless.Resolve scheduling and communication issues as they arise, often without a predefined process to follow.Collaborate with management to maintain accurate, organized production records and provide regular progress updates.Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoho, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office for daily operations.
