Position: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (Must be based in Florida, USA)

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST

We are a professional cleaning company based in Florida, dedicated to providing top-tier cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a critical role in the daily operations of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Coordinate cleaning schedules for clients and ensure clear communication with both clients and cleaners.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, keep clients informed of their cleaning appointments, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Cleaner Management: Ensure cleaners are aware of their schedules, monitor performance, and ensure quality work is delivered.
  • Hiring: Recruit and onboard qualified cleaners to expand our team as needed.
  • Client Conversion: Convert one-time clients into recurring customers through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Sales: (Future responsibility) Handle sales inquiries, upsell services, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Technology Use: Utilize CRM tools like GoHighLevel and scheduling software to streamline operations.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, cleaners, and management, maintaining professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications:

**MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH**

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency with CRMs like GoHighLevel and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required) to effectively communicate with Spanish speaking cleaners and English-speaking clients.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems.
