We are a small but growing Google Ads agency working with e-commerce and lead generation clients in the UK and US. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to support ongoing campaign optimisation and performance improvement.
This role focuses on actively improving results, analysing data, and managing campaigns day to day rather than only setting them up. You will work closely with the agency owner and be responsible for maintaining strong performance across multiple accounts.
This is a long-term part-time position with consistent weekly hours.
• Optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max
• Add and manage negative keywords regularly
• Improve campaign structure and bidding strategies
• Write and test ad copy and creative assets
• Monitor performance and budgets daily
• Reduce CPA and improve ROAS through data-driven decisions
• Identify tracking or CRO issues and report them
• Provide weekly performance updates
• Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts
• Strong knowledge of match types, bidding strategies and Quality Score
• Experience with optimisation and scaling, not only setup
• Comfortable analysing performance data
• Good written and spoken English
• Reliable, organised and detail focused
• Able to work independently and meet weekly goals
• Google Ads certification
• Experience with e-commerce or lead generation accounts
• Basic Google Analytics knowledge
