What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to take ownership of our visual branding and design needs. This role requires a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout, along with a high level of digital fluency. You should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, and have a strong grasp of HTML and CSS. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Specialist, and Video Editor to ensure our brand is visually engaging and consistent across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Visual Brand Management: Develop and maintain the firm’s visual brand across all digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in every piece of content.
• Web and Digital Design: Create compelling digital assets for our website, social media, marketing campaigns, and online presence, incorporating strong visual storytelling.
• Print and Marketing Material Creation: Design flyers, PowerPoint presentations, branded internal resources, client pitch decks, and promotional items. Develop creative assets for social media and YouTube thumbnails.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to adapt and refine design elements; provide input on copy to enhance visual appeal and overall effectiveness.
• Branding Opportunities: Identify new ways to showcase the firm's values and culture, both internally and externally, through creative design.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), HTML, CSS, and a strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Characteristics: Detail-oriented, creative, visually discerning, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with evolving copy and willing to suggest changes that enhance visual impact.

The Interview Process:

Candidates will go through an initial interview, followed by a design skills assessment, and a final interview with the leadership team. We aim to fill this position by the end of the month but are flexible for outstanding candidates. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
