Company Overview:

Offsite.com is a marketplace for team retreat and offsite vendors, as we as a service provider offering end-to-end offsite planning services.

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to work with us on a project basis to design visually compelling and professional materials that support our branding and marketing efforts, as well as materials to share with clients.

These materials include sales decks, reports, free downloadable PDFs, case studies, and other marketing assets.

Job Responsibilities

- Design and create visually appealing sales decks, reports, case studies, and other marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.

- Produce high-quality graphics, infographics, and layouts for digital and print use.

- Ensure all materials are consistent with the company's branding, messaging, and tone.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.

- Revise and update designs based on feedback from the team.

- Stay updated on the latest design trends and software tools to continuously improve the quality of work.

- Maintain an organized archive of all design files and assets.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably for venture-backed, US based startups.

- Proficient in design software such as Canva

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, especially in creating sales decks, marketing materials, and reports.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.

[Optional: Experience with video editing on TikTok and Instagram is a plus.]
