Full Job Description

We at Sunfish, are looking for someone full time to do a variety of graphic design work for us. The work schedule is 9 am to 5 pm USA central time Monday to Friday. Salary is USD $1386 per month at 40 hours work per week, and we pay you weekly. You will get raises and bonuses just like we do with our team in the USA. You will get 17 days of paid time off per year. Most importantly you will be treated as part of our team and we want you to be happy. You will get the same benefits that our US based employees get.  We have 2 companies that sell products, one in the golf industry and one in the pet industry. We have been in business for 15 years and have a great team for you to work with and train you. We are in Nashville, Tennessee USA and have 9 people that work at the company full time. Our employees have been working here for many years because we treat everyone with respect and they like the work that they do. What we really want is a good honest person to help us grow the business.  Your primary role will be creating graphic design work - This includes making product mock ups, website creative updates, touching up and editing product photos used for listing our products online, laying out logo gang sheets for printing, and other similar graphic design work as needed. Video editing- we regularly film short videos where we discuss our products, and need these videos edited with captions, minor effects etc, for use on all social media platforms for marketing purposes. Social media and email marketing - You will design eye catching graphics to be used in social media posts and large scale email blasts to customers and prospective customers using our creative assets. Product catalog design – You will use product photos and written descriptions that we provide you, in order to edit our product catalogs that will be printed and emailed in PDF format to existing and prospective customers. We want you to be happy so we will help make your job something that you enjoy so that you are happy at work.  Happy people produce great results. In order to be considered for this position, you must email us at jschaspginn at gmail dot com and write #sheegar in the subject. Include a link to your portfolio and video of you talking about yourself, so we get to know you!

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be creating high quality product mockups and various graphics and video edits for our team members in a timely manner. 

*General graphic design work - This includes making product mock ups, website creative updates, touching up and editing product photos used for listing our products online, laying out logo gang sheets for printing, and other similar graphic design work as needed. 

*Social media and email marketing - You will design eye catching graphics to be used in social media posts and large scale email blasts to customers and prospective customers using our creative assets.

*Video editing - you will edit our videos to look best on the different social media networks like YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

*Building and editing our product catalogs that will be printed and emailed in PDF format to existing and prospective customers.

Job Requirements

Excellent written and verbal English in emails and on video chats with our team. 

Expert level utilization of Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and/or similar graphic design programs.  

Good utilization of Adobe Premier, Adobe Final Cut or similar video editing softwareGeneral computer skills.

The ability to do a repetitive task and still maintain focus on having high quality results.

Responding quickly to team chats and emails.
