About the role:

As a Growth Marketer Coordinator at GBS Group, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth strategy, overseeing and coordinating various marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns across different channels. Your role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and monitoring campaign performance to achieve our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative marketing strategies to attract prospective clients.
• Assign team responsibilities and ensure company goals are aligned with team KPIs and performance
• Coordinate content creation and distribution across YouTube, Instagram, the company blog, and other channels, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
• Oversee the development, testing, and optimization of landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Establish strategies and oversee the performance of paid marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the graphic designer, web developer, video editor and any other team member to ensure the production of compelling and visually appealing content.
• Identify potential improvements in HubSpot and coordinate the efforts to ensure the CRM is being utilized to its full potential
• Analyze marketing data to shape future strategies and report on key department KPIs.
• Plan, organize, and manage webinars as part of content marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Growth Marketer Coordinator or similar role with a track record of driving growth through digital marketing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong expertise in creating and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Proficient in managing CRM and marketing automation tools, with HubSpot experience highly preferred.
• Experience in developing and managing lead nurturing campaigns and paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Experience in creating and editing landing pages to improve conversion rates, with Wordpress experience highly preferred.
• Skilled in organizing webinars and using chatbot marketing tools like ManyChat.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong content creation skills, with experience in writing, editing, and SEO.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data from web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for actionable insights.
• Advanced level of English
