Guest Experience Specialist: Facilitates seamless guest interactions, collaborates with internal teams, and addresses inquiries promptly and courteously. Proficient in administrative procedures, with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns, ensuring optimal satisfaction and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Promptly and courteously address incoming guest inquiries through various communication channels.

• Create direct reservations as necessary by invoicing guest and making sure that payment has been completed.

• Ensure seamless virtual guest interactions and enhance the overall guest experience.

.• Schedule maintenance tasks with team members.

• Analyze guest reviews for areas of improvement.

• Provide accurate information, resolve guest queries, and offer assistance with reservations, amenities, and directions.

• Proactively identify and resolve guest complaints, ensuring their satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Effectively handle multiple guest inquiries simultaneously, demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications

• Sound knowledge of customer service principles and best practices

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

• An attentive and empathetic listener
